Tenebroides nanus

Tenebroides nanus
Green Cove Springs, Bayard Conservation Area, Clay County, Florida, USA
February 27, 2011
Size: 4.3mm
Under pine bark, downed tree. Keys to Teneb*roides using (1). Of the 12 species
in FL. Eliminated nine due to color/maculations. Of the remaining three; T. corticalis,
T.laticollis and T.nanus, eliminated the first two based on size as they both appear to
be 7+mm. This guy just breaks 4mm. Comments, corrections appreciated.
