Costa Rican Natural History

Has a chapter on insects, discussing ecology and natural history. Species accounts with black-and-white photos of some notable tropical insects. Checklist of butterflies, with notes on locations, very useful for narrowing possibilities in this large fauna. Similar checklists of Sphingid moths, Acridoid grasshoppers, and army ants.
