This wasp came out of the same gall as this other wasp. Is this just the female of the same species?

Ormyrus sp.
I may be wrong, but I think it is a hyperparasite of the other species (definitely not a member of the opposite sex). I suspect that if the Hymenoptera Catalog was consulted that a name could be put on the Ormyrus.
