Erythroneura
With at least 615 known species, only a few can be visually ID'd beyond genus. This looks like a newly emerged specimen ... most of the yellow spots will turn red. You want to have some fun, try

Eratoneura
check the venation - the crossvein that ends at the tip of the clavus is transverse in Erythroneura, but oblique in Eratoneura (the clavus is the triangular hind margin of the front wing, bounded by a line of flexion)
