Moved from Toothed Phigalia.

Notice the two smooth looking areas in the median area of the forewing where the lines appear softened and the background is less mottled. Another key is the dark spot on the postmedian line and the median line where the two come close together near the inner margin.
The pm line of P. denticulata has inverted U shape as it nears the inner margin. and there is no smooth looking areas on the FW.

Phigalia denticulata
Hi Kurt. I took the liberty of brightening your photo. I think it is more obvious that this is Phigalia denticulata, which is flying in your area this time of year.
