Using Blatchley I keyed it ou
Using Blatchley I keyed it out and it is P. brunnea. Don't know if the pictures are good enough to be the first ones for this species, so I await expert opinions.

Looking at Yanega's Field Gui
Looking at Yanega's Field Guide of Northeastern Cerambycidae I'd say this is Parandra brunnea (Fabricius). Which is not in the guide and the genus page for Parandra only mentions 2 spp. none of which is P. brunnea.
