Possibly.
I am no authority on calliphorids, but most of the green ones turn out to be in the genus Lucilia (which includes the former genus Phaenicia).

 
I assume the logic for placin
I assume the logic for placing this one here was that the technical characters used to rule out Phormia regina aren't visible. I would suggest placing in Lucilia since female Phormia have narrower parafacials and a flatter body
