Probably Paraleuctra. Do you have a photo of the underside of the abdomen? This is a female and I can give you the genus for sure and possibly species if I see the subgenital plate.

I've added two images of the specimen's venter, which I took at different light intensities. Between the two cercal stubs there is a pair of lobed structures.
