A female European Earwig. In these nicely detailed images you can see the diagnostic feature for Forficulidae: the second tarsal segment (the "ankle") is dilated to extend under the first segment (the "toes") and around it on either side.
Add the shape of the forceps

and the overall color pattern
,
and the resemblance is too strong for it to be anything else.
