Diastrophus kincaidii?

Diastrophus kincaidii?
Merville, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada
March 29, 2011
Size: Very small
This small wasp was found on old galls of thimbleberry (Rubus parviflorus) - I'm wondering if it is Diastrophus kincaidii since one of my field guides identifies the gall of this wasp as being associated with thimbleberry.

Pteromalid likely…
This is a chalcid wasp, many families of which emerge from galls instead of the original inhabitants such as gall wasps which they often parasitize. I suggest pteromalid in this case due to some features that can be seen here like the long antennae, an armoured and sculptured thorax, and a pronotum that is narrower than the mesonotum.
