Ischnopterapion virens (Herbst)
I suspect that this is a specimen of
Ischnopterapion virens
(Herbst). It's difficult to tell from the photograph, but the size, shape, blueish-green sheen, shape of the rostrum, and deep and coarse punctures on the elytra and pronotum are all indicative of this species. For example, see
