Any comments on the photography technique? Was this dissected or just under alcohol?

Hi Ryan,

No, not dissected, but under alcohol. Just recently photographed, however, so it had a while to soak. And it was stored for most of that time in polypropylene glycol (non-toxic anti-freeze), which strikes me as a not-so-bad preservative.

Photographed under roughly 45x magnification (image cropped) with dual "power LED" lighting sources.

What do you think of the conclusion? (See my posting in the Arachnology Forum for a comparison of the two common species -- assuming I was right.)
