I'm pretty sure she is
A. behrensi
and the yellow wing color fits. About the only other candidates are
Lactista
or
Chimarocephala
, and she doesn't appear to be either of those.

It is a female Band-wing Grasshopper,
but not a Pallid-winged. I think it is probably
Arphia behrensi
. Do you have any other photos of her; perhaps showing different angles?

The insect did not allow any other shots from different angles, however, when she flew I could see her yellow wing coloration. Hope that helps some - - thank you very much for the identification help!
