Size: less than 3 mm
Found on pine needle. This is not a very good shot, but would appreciate it if someone can ID at least to genus. This can be frassed after ID.

Moved from Hylesinini. Definitely Cnesinus strigicollis. Can't imagine what it's doing on the pine needle.
