Corymbitodes pygmaeus (Van Dyke)
No, this is Corymbitodes pygmaeus (Van Dyke). Sylvanelater cylindriformis (Herbst) can look similar, however, S. cylindriformis has a much shorter pronotum, sharper basal pronotal angles (as opposed to rounded, blunt ones), and an explanate and rufescent border of the elytra. For example, see here.

No, this is Corymbitodes pygmaeus (Van Dyke). See my comments above. Liotrichus spinosus (LeConte) has a different shape of the pronotum (apically constricted, basally expanded), sharp basal pronotal hind angles, and different colouration.
