looks like an orb weaver. maybe Araniella?

Reminds us of
Araneus cingulatus. Images can be found in the guide here. We'll crop this a little to get a larger view.

Abdominal pattern more like A. guttulatus
in Howell and Jenkins, page 146, but lacks the red bands on the legs.
