Cheiracanthium mildei
Since it was found inside I think it would more likely be Cheiracanthium mildei. What do you think?

 
I was going by color
I was going by color -- inclusum always seems a bit grayer to me. But I realize I'm skating on thin ice with that (and on review this specimen doesn't seem particularly grey at all).

(But how are we sure that mildei is really more common indoors?)
