Paectes is another with those slipper feet!

 
Paectes abrostoloides, Large Paectes Moth larva on Sweetgum
John and Jane- thank you for this identification, Paectes abrostoloides, Large Paectes Moth. I was very excited to have located the larva on the underside of it's host-plant, Sweetgum, Liquidambar styraciflua, Wormsloe State Historic Site, Isle of Hope, Savannah, Chatham County, Ga.

Wagner is right on with the description, "Bright Green with prominent yellow and well developed, yellow spiracular stripe."

It looks pretty similar to Panopoda, especially with those prolegs. See this for comparison:
