Size: 3.2 mm
Flushed out from mud along shore of lake; this one does not key out properly in Smetana's treatment of the Canadian fauna so any suggestions would be helpful.

looks a lot like C. ustulatus (Preyssl.) to me
habitus
dunno if it's been recorded in NA, though --but you never know with those things, you've been getting tons of adventive stuff in your area anyway

Looks like it is
I somehow missed it in Smetana's key! It's in a different subgenus (Dicyrtocercyon) than the others. Previous records were from Quebec and ne. US. so it's a new record for west coast.
