Rhithrogena sp.
Decided that this was much too large for R. jejeuna, possibly R. gaspeensis, but the larva has never been described.

Heptageniidae: Rhithrogena sp.
Rhithrogena have the gills modified to form a giant abdominal sucker. Would need to see the anterior margin/front of the profemora to do much more, but it looks like R. impersonata, maybe R. manifesta. I suppose you don't have the larva anymore? Gill color can vary considerably in a few heptageniids.

3 tails
is right for Mayflies, but I haven't seen any like this or the other new ones I found. I found these on the undersides of rocks in a stream, and this one seemed to have a suction cup on it's stomach, it was on the rock so good.
