Sphindus americanus ? - Sphindus americanus

Sphindus americanus ? - Sphindus americanus
Middleburg, Black Creek Ravines Conservation Area, Clay County, Florida, USA
April 4, 2011
Size: 2.0mm
Lights. Paul Skelly pegged this to Sphindidae. There are basically three choices
in FL, one in the very south/Bahamas w/two uncommon species (Carini*sphinus), one
Eury*sphindus that has been found as far north as Alachua Co, and Sphindus americanus.
So, I'm going with that one. Corrections most welcome.
