Size: Body length 4mm
At such a small size I would presume this spider is an immature specimen. If it can be ID'd further that would be great - Thanks!

A mature male dictynid in longispina group
Quite the contrary! A mature male (note the pedipalpae with the large projections) dictynid -- Dictyna calcarata or something similar.

Follow-up: The species is widespread throughout the entire western United States and relatively abundant; the length, too, of the enormous tibial apophysis leads to the conclusion that this is indeed Dictyna calcarata.
