Maccaffertium smithae
From everything I have read the only possible species that fits this sample is (Maccaffertium smithae) it also has the right geographical range.
The fact that the spiracular spots are well above the spirical folds and it has the median tergite longitudinal line point to that species.

Not Stenacron
I am unsure of species but this is not a Stenacron. Granted the bulla is very dark and makes it appear as a black dash. It looks like Maccaffertium rather than any other genus. If it lacked the median dorsal stripe in the abdomen it would align very nicely with Maccaffertium mediopunctatum. No Stenacron have a gray notum and this lacks the black marks that would be present in a Stenacron sample with this dark of a abdomen. This one is without question an interesting sample and I am only very sure that is not a Stenacron.
Mack.
