The pronotum is larger that in A. auriculata, extending further forward and covering more of the wings.

 
thought galeata was unavailable...
The pronotum in image (from Ill.) also extends pretty far fwd...

Obviously, revisionary work is needed! Until then, stick with A. auriculata for both forms.
