New adults in April - Esperia sulphurella

New adults in April - Esperia sulphurella
Alameda County, California, USA
April 19, 2011
Size: 8.1 mm nose to wingtips
These began to appear within a few feet of a stack of firewood in March and are still emerging. This morning, five new ones perched quiescently on surfaces in the same area. The amount of white partway up the antennae varies among individuals.

EDIT: They continued to appear through April and into the first few days of May.
