Phoretic mite collected from scarab beetle 50X

Phoretic mite collected from scarab beetle 50X
Quitman, MS, Clarke County, Mississippi, USA
April 19, 2011
Size: Approximately 1 mm
Phoretic mite, probably of the Family Macrochelidae, collected from scarab beetle photographed at 50X in a drop of mineral oil. Although not in focus, note the long hooked claws on the ends of each leg which enables these mites to cling to the scarab beetles. Might there be any mite experts out there able to confirm the ID this mite?
