Thanks! I assume species ID is out of the question, but I did try to get good detailed shots from every angle.

Prosimulini
It appears to have a forked Rs, putting it in Prosimulini. If this was attracted to a human it must be Prosimulium; the other local Prosimulini do not bite mammals.
