Ant 2011.04.24.1661 - Trachymyrmex septentrionalis

Need help with ID for this species of ant. Found them in my front yard in well drained dry soil. They were building a nest and had a mound constructed about three inches high. The square shape heads and markings were what caught my eye.

Trachymyrmex septentrionalis - workers
The "Northern Fungus-farming Ant". Both workers and queens share these typical color markings.
