Vacuum Cleaner - Taeniaptera trivittata

Busy on blades of St. Augustine grass or liriope--looked like it was constantly vacuuming up something with its proboscis, front legs almost always out front like antennae. A Stilt-legged Fly, I think, but not sure which one.
