Size: 5 mm
Was found under a rock in the oak/juniper zone. It is paper-thin (very flat).

the head looks like arizonicus; the butt, like elongatus
puzzling.

Flat Bug Indeed
Family Aradidae (flat bugs); short wings could imply that it's a nymph, but (I don't know)there may be brachypterous species.
