I succesfully reared this larva to an adult, and have a short series of it's different life stages.

I just reared
a whole mess of these, more than a dozen. I kept the soft, rotten wood scraps they were in inside a sealed plastic baggie and discovered last night that six of them had matured and chewed their way out. Fortunately I had the bag in another container so they didn't escape into the house.
