Size: 6-7mm
These leaf beetles confine their activities to lime prickly ash (Xanthoxylum sp. (Sorry. I can not confidently identify prickly ash species even in my yard). For a good while I figured the black and white larvae, associated picture, were Arge sawfly larvae. But that may not be so. Anyway this beetle does not look quite like either of the two Derospidea spp. featured in the guide.
