Midge - female

Midge - Female
Mobile (Dog River), Mobile County, Alabama, USA
May 2, 2011
Size: ~2mm
While this looks like a fat midge with a mite, I think I see TWO pairs of wings. Either I'm suffering from sleep deprivation bought on by late-night bug hunting or this isn't a midge. Reality check, please. Thank you.
