tiny black beetle - Anisandrus dispar

Size: ~ 4 mm (maybe smaller)
Looks close to Xylosandrus or Ambrosiodmus. As far as I can tell this one doesn't have protrusions from the hind end. This one was flying around in my back yard, then landed on my patio chair.
