out at night not certain how to tell if Red-headed or Black-legged maybe something else

after learning more, I've changed my mind
The coloration and the shape of the ovipositor is a better match for O. erythrocephalum.

It's a tough call, and I'm not certain,
but it looks like Orchelimum concinnum to me. I think the other option would be O. erythrocephalum. Do you have any other views of her.
