Hoplocampa sp. Almost looks like the introduced "apple sawfly", Hoplocampa testudinea, but would neeed to see specimens to be sure.

If you want,
I'll gladly look at specimens. For a lot of sawflies, photos don't show characters and for others I need to see characters on the ovipositor or male genitalia.

This is a sawfly. Bugs don't have such clearly visible wing veins.
