It's in the family Ephemeridae, and it's most likely Hexagenia.



Oh, and this isn't actually an adult. It is a special life stage that only mayflies have, called a sub-imago. Mayflies are the only insects that have a winged immature stage. You can tell that they are mature when their wings are nice and clear - not sort of cloudy as in this picture.
