Yes, I guess your could say that they are related by order, as both are mayflies, and by sex, as both are females. This is a Callibaetis subimago of family Baetidae (Small Minnow Mayflies), and the other is a Leptophlebia imago of family Leptophlebiidae (Pronggilled Mayflies).

Yeah, ok, I was just wondering if they were the same species, one subimago and the other imago, but obviously they aren't. I'll leave the IDing to the mayfly experts!
