Translucent Oak Gall? - Amphibolips nubilipennis

Translucent Oak Gall? - Amphibolips nubilipennis
Seminole, Seminole County, Oklahoma, USA
May 10, 2011
Size: 1"
Large smooth, round translucent gall with no spotting. "Candling" in the sunlight reveals probable usual inside structuring of a gall. There are other galls present near to this one that are totally different! Any ideas?

Trans...
Translucent Oak Gall Wasp? I really need to look before I post. I was so excited about it I forgot to look first... If it IS actually a Translucent Oak Gall Wasp then it would be the first reported in OK.
