Small Moth with Horns - Neoheliodines cliffordi

Size: 1/2 inch head to wingtip
This guy is pretty small. That is a small pepper leaf (front garden bell pepper, but still very young) it is standing on. 1/2" length may be generous, it may only be 3/8" long or so, tough to say.

Distinguishing feature is those two horns on its face.

Some type of moth
It's some kind of moth--possibly either...

...a Cosmet Moth, like , or...
...a Palm Moth, like , or...
...a Twirler Moth, like .

Or something that looks similar.

That's good enough for me unless someone knows more! Sounds like I may need to keep my eye on these plants though, I don't need those moths to multiply on my precious leaves.

Moth of some kind
There are some (vaguely) similar critters in the Heliodinidae--but you could have something completely different, so wait to hear from the moth specialists.
