Unknown Caterpillar(?) - Dolerus

Unknown Caterpillar(?) - Dolerus
Bath Township , Summit County, Ohio, USA
May 14, 2011
Size: 3/4" long
Found this caterpillar(?) and was hoping to correctly ID this one.
Thanks for any help you can provide. Sawlfy perhaps?

Moved

probably Dolerus sp.
I agree with probably Dolerus sp.

the Balabans are most likely right about it being a Dolerus
Moved from ID Request.

On grass, with prolegs on 2 through 8
should make it Dolerus if we understand correctly.

Yes a sawfly.
Not sure past that, but maybe someone else will be able to ID it.
