When looking at back with eye, it has bright yellow stripe. Yellow would not come out in Photo.

Compare with others here. Size of spiders is measured without the legs. Let's wait and see if anyone agrees with me.

I do know it's not dangerous.

 
Looks Like It
Thanks. Looks like the critter. About 1/2" without legs. Amazing the brightness of the yellow and how it didn't come across in the photo. I have very few spiders around here except for Spiny Orb Weavers. RIP for him, he wasn't ment for long in my house.
