Sorry, the server that used to host those pages is defunct, so the site is gone.

Some of the info (names, host plants, distribution) can be found on the CoFFHI site (https://coffhi.cphst.org/).

For Anastrepha and Toxotrypana, information is available at http://www.delta-intkey.com/anatox/intro.htm.

Wayback Machine has backup of the original pages
The Wayback Machine site ( https://archive.org/web/ ) has fairly complete backups of the original pages. Database searching doesn't work but the downloadable zips are included and seem complete.

 
Norbomm info
Did a quick search after checking out this thread. Lots of items by Norbomm at https://www.ars.usda.gov/people-locations/person/?person-id=4138. No time for a close look, but a glance showed lots of items on tephritids...
