That last picture does help
Indeed,
C. fasciatus
seems by far the best fit. Going through the list of candidates, in fact, it seems to be the only good fit.

You are quite likely correct in your identification
This is a female, and if you have a shot that shows the ovipositor more clearly (how long and what shape), that would help to be more certain of which species she is. In the face-on shot I can almost make it out (looks nearly straight and pretty long), but it's hard to be sure about just
how
long. :0)

Found a shot
Thanks for having a look. By shear chance I have a shot that I initially rejected because her adorable face wasn't in focus. It looks like you can see the ovipositor and its length in relation to her wings. I will post it with this group. Hope this will provide for a definitive ID.
