Proctotrupes pallidus
would be my placement. I have the specimen, and it has a polished (hairless) spot on the propleuron. It keys out well using Townes, and fits the color pattern for males of this species. According to Townes, the males of caudatus typically have the forebody all dark, or mostly so.
