Lady Beetle - Anatis labiculata

Lady Beetle - Anatis labiculata
Lake Grubb Park, Mountville, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, USA
May 5, 2006
Size: 1cm
Can anyone ID any further? Possibly Anatis labiculata (Fifteen-spotted Ladybeetle).

Anatis labiculata it is...
I checked and there are no light rings on any of my specimens. Thanks!

Anatis labiculata appears correct
keying from Gordon (1), A. labiculata appears correct. A. mali can be dark like this one, but has light rings around the black spots. Looks like yours has the black spots (I think I see some) w/o the rings. Otherwise, if there's any hint of light rings, then I'd vote A. mali.

Thanks!
I've gotten three specimens like this one in the same area at Lake Grubb, so I'll check them for the light rings. I'm pretty sure you're right with A. labiculata, because I see no light rings in this photo. Thanks for your help.

Anatis.
Genus is definitely correct. Not sure of the species, but it is not A. mali, the "eyed" lady beetle.

Thanks!
Moved to genus page.
