At least...
A genus close to Anthidium, and most likely Anthidiellum indeed. This could well be the same species as the mating pair posted last year, also from Florida.
But one thing I had not noticed is the female's ability to fold her wings in a vespid-like way. That some bees can do so is quite new for me.
