Found among a number that emerged last night.
Looks to me like either M. tredecula or M. tredecassini

Visit by researchers
Dr. Jin Yoshimura and an assistant came by this afternoon collecting 13-year cicadas.
They are following up on reports that have been turned in to magicicada.org .

Brood XIX?
So a 2011 emergence would presumably be brood XIX? The USDA map:
https://www.fs.fed.us/foresthealth/docs/CicadaBroodStaticMap.pdf
does not seem to show brood XIX in the area of Bartlesville, but only brood IV (17-year). Curious that brood XIX and brood IV would have both emerged in sync in 1998, the way I interpret that map.
