Hope I have enough info for ID this fly. It was constantly moving, scarfing up whiteflies.

Rainieria have brighter red eyes, mostly white prothoracic tarsi, and a dark spot in the middle of the wings.

This specimen has dark red eyes, the prothoracic tarsi are half black, and there is no dark spot on the wings.
