Caenurgina caerulea
That is definitely species from the "Caenurgina caerulea" complex. Note absence of subterminal band along the inner margin of hindwings. The bluish color of wings is also specific to species of this complex. There are at least two species of this complex in California and I don't know how many in whole distributional range of what is called "Caenurgina caerulea" .
